Hi friends! Happy Tuesday! I hope you’re having a wonderful morning so far. Something crazy: both of our kids are at school at the SAME TIME for the first time in months. Liv’s school finally opened in a hybrid model, so they’re going two days per week. I’m so excited because she’s missed her teachers and friends dearly, but also a bit sad because I’ve had my little buddies with me for such a huge part of the entire past year and I’ve loved it so much.
Since I have a block of time, part of me wants to accomplish all the things and the other side of me wants to crawl into bed and watch trash TV all day. We’ll see who wins out haha.
For today’s post, I have an all-new workout for you! This one is a barre strength workout that combines classic barre elements with lightweight dumbbells. It gives ya an extra fiery burn and is such a fun way to take traditional barre workouts to the next level. All you need for this workout is a set of light weights; anywhere from 2-5 lbs. You can also use water bottles, soup cans, wine bottles, whatever you have around the house. Feel free to switch or ditch your weights at any time, too.
